I love this place! It is my place to strengthen, stretch, challenge and rehabilitate my body, as well as provide a friendly and personalised exercise experience. Each session is varied and individualised to keep it interesting and help me stay motivated. Highly recommend!

From the moment I stepped into the studio some three years ago, Catherine, Anita and all of the amazing team at MPP have been amazing. All of the instructors are exceptionally knowledgable, professional, friendly and endlessly patient and are always working with you to help get the best out of your body, be it on on the mat, reformers or other equipment. Having had pre-exisiting hip/back issues, I totally credit my weekly class with Catherine as the only thing that keeps me moving, and if I could figure out how to organise my life/work/kids better then I'd definitely be there more than just once a week. Keep up the fantastic work!!

I've never been into exercise but over the years I have tried many different things (yoga, running, kettle bell, the gym) and haven't been able to keep up my enthusiasm for longer than two months. I have now been going to Movement Principle Pilates consistently for over 6 months. It could be my advancing age. It could be my ability to finally stick to something. Or it could be the wonderful environment of supportive, knowledgeable women who work at and run Movement Principle. They work you hard, keep you motivated, support and care for you if you are injured or just not feeling 100%, but above all keep you moving to help build a healthier, happier you.
