The most fun and friendly gym I’ve ever stepped foot in. Trainers are so welcoming and caring, whilst the program is results driven! This gym is for all fitness levels

I just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you to the Fitstop Team at Ashgrove. Thank you for welcoming my husband and I into your amazing Fitstop community. Thank you for making exercising enjoyable again. I recently knocked 3mins off my regular 3km run (I am not a runner) and felt confident in a bikini for first time in 2 years years. I’ve still got a way to go but thank you Kelly and the Team for getting me back on the right track!

The team at Fitstop Ashgrove are so friendly and welcoming and just genuinely an amazing bunch of people. I have been to other group training gyms and Ashgrove is by far the best, just an overall great vibe and they make you feel instantly part of the family. The trainers all bring great energy to the sessions and push you to your best, I love seeing actual results from my training. I couldn't recommend Fitstop Ashgrove more!
