Simon is great! He’s a quality trainer that knows his stuff and knows how to get you out of your comfort zone without making you want to quit or stop training (sorta). I started on 30 min sessions twice a wk and now at 45 min sessions twice a week. For me it’s as good a mental training as it is physical

I did the six week women’s boxing boot camp program, and loved it! Simon is an excellent trainer and all-round nice guy, who provides fun but challenging sessions with great progression over the six weeks. I felt stronger and fitter after doing this course, and met some great girls in the process. The Fortitude Boxing Facility is fantastic, and you always receive a friendly welcome when walking in the door. I highly recommend training with Simon to get the best results in a very positive environment!
