This place is soooooo much fun. It is challenging and exciting and different. Not your usual Yoga or Pilates which means it is far more fun. Perfect for people like me who have had back surgery or other injuries because it is low impact. I am absolutely thrilled that I have already improved on each of the aerial apparatus and made friends at the same time. I love it

Earlier this year, I discovered Circ Studios in Warana offering a $69 month unlimited classes deal with compulsory AntiGravity beginner classes included. At first it was a totally new experience for me, flipping myself up and over, but I'm slowly getting used to it and find myself craving inversions after initially dreading them! Every time I participate in a class I feel I have challenged myself and gained a little bit more confidence and trust. The instructors are so helpful, gentle, intuitive and experienced with training and qualifications in both yoga and gymnastics. We are fortunate to have this experience here on the Sunny Coast! My favourite classes are aerial yoga, stretch and flex and also the Pilates class taught by the Director, Darren who has a background with Cirque du Soleil, dance, gymnastics and pilates.nIt is a 'state of the art facility', without a doubt. I see and feel the professionalism, teamwork and attention to detail in every aspect of the place.nThe Sunshine Coast's aerial playground (just off the Nicklin Highway, 2 mins South of BFresh). Anna
