Love Jodi Barre Yoga! I had never done Barre Yoga, but from my very first class I knew I had found something special. Jodi's classes are so welcoming..a wonderful blend of workout and fun for any age...no matter your ability. Her class style focuses on you as an individual and will strengthen and nourish both body and mind.nTry it once. You'll be hooked!

It was a great first beginners class for me. I especially loved the opening and closing meditations. Can’t wait to continue each week.

Finding this wonderful human and what she teaches was one of the best things that has happened to my body and mind. Jodi takes such good care of us in class and always makes sure we are having fun but working our bodies at the same time. I went from being a non exerciser to a Barre addict in a few short weeks. Everyone in Jodi's classes are so friendly and encouraging. I love it and you Jodi. You've changed my mind and body in the best way possible.

Jodi’s classes are addictive. If I could go everyday I would! She creates such a motivating, welcoming and comfortable environment for everyone. She has a great personality and sense of humour and doesn’t take herself too seriously. She works your body until you shake so you get results!
