The best yoga classes i have ever done and i i am over 60 age group.
A wonderful team and space with highly trained instructors located right on the beach at Marcoola. Highly recommended if you are staying on the Sunshine Coast and want hot/warm hatha or restorative yoga and weekend classes.
Excellent teachers and bonus infrared heat.nGood vibe, clean and tranquil studio.
