They do contract work for a few of the larger builders - Porter Davis being one. My experience has been that work from this company is sub-par in terms of quality. Our roof leaked on a brand new home. They attended site eventually (1mth after leak issue and also showed up a week after they were scheduled to attend - typical 'yeah nah sorry we aren't onsite that day...'). The roof pitch was one of the major issues however they did not agree. They did a 'fix' on the roof which _did not work_ (blocking up the area where water was ingressing).nnThe roof continued to leak.nnThey argued that the pitch/fall on the roof was compliant and fine.nt was not.nnWe had emergency repair builders attend site as part of our insurance claim. They took photo's as part of their report with digital spirit levels which showed the pitch/fall was not compliant.nnThey eventually came to site (3mths after initial issue) and replaced the roof in question however it STILL LEAKED. Even the lightest of showers caused water ingress.nnZero quality, Zero care factor. If I could give ZERO stars I most certainly would do so.nnIf your builder is using these guys I would recommend you reconsider your choice of builder or have an independent inspector review _EVERY_ step of the process associated.

I want to thank your team for making so much noise shouting and smashing ladders against our neighbours unit at 7 in the morning that our dog who isn't scared of thunder or fireworks went and hid under our car.

Due to the existing reviews against this company, one of which is for some reason, someone in india asking for the address, I thought I'd give some real feedback.nnI have worked for various builders across Queensland who, in part through Dynamic Bradview, have built hundreds of homes that our clients have loved. And when anybody asks me for a reliable roofing contractor, the first answer I always give is Dynamic Bradview.nnThey're good at what they do, they're competitive, and when things go wrong they look after you. I can't think of anything more I could want in a contractor than that.
