Priceline Pharmacy Kippa-Ring

Most of the staff here are lovely and friendly but a couple of things have made me decide not to return. First, it was my script which they gave me with someone else's name on, then recently they decided to give me a different strength/style of pill (without discussing with me first) to what my GP had prescribed. Lastly the elderly woman behind the counter did not smile or acknowledge me, just walked away with my script while I was asking her a question. Costs nothing to be polite.

Wow.... what a customer service. Or should I say lack of customer service. When I dropped my prescription in, lady behind the counter did not say hi or nothing. Just took my prescription so I was standing there like do I wait or come back?? She comes back point “pick up” sign and says “go over there.” And guy there wasn’t any better than her. So blunt and no smile or anything. I don’t even know how business is still going. What a way to start the day. Will not be going back under any circumstances.

11/3/21 customer service woman was nasty and horrible towards me like a I was just dumb customer instead of feeling good coming out of the store I was left feeling devasted by advice she unwillingly served on her behalf towards me , on a bleach product I have used for years . Kippa -Ring workers need training on how answer customers and not attack their Faithfull customers .

The one star is for Ruby, she is lovely and so good at her job. The manager (Andrew) is rude, arrogant and frankly not very discreet about not being great at his job (some people skills would go a long way!). Staff are rude and unhelpful (except for Ruby who seemed to be the only person helping customers etc). I have had scripts filled here in the past and was mortified by the pharmacist calling out (loudy) to another team member to see if they had any of my medication, thus letting every body in the store know my business/ medication requirements. I can't believe I went back, my lesson has definitely been learnt. This is a horribly run business/ pharmacy, don't waste your time (unless you need a fantastic make up artist, which you might find on the odd occassion).
