The ladies in the grooming salon are amazing at their job. Thanks for looking after our labradoodle Bear and always giving him a great cut.

Stephen at Petbarn Brisbane North store, Rothwell, looked after us today. Stephen was really helpful, genuine and showed very good product knowledge. Thanks for service excellence Stephen, made us feel welcome and product confident.

Staff very helpful, as always. Pet grooming very caring and thoughtful, to my dog. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The lady who runs it, listens to your concerns always. My dog gizzy, gets pampered.

Really disappointed to just be turned away at 5:03pm because they closed at 5:00pm, even though their hours on Google say they are open until 6pm on Saturdays. When that was pointed out to the employee, it was too bad and the door was pointed to as the hours are posted on there. Correct hours on the door don’t help much these days, the time traveling there was already wasted. Poor customer service!

Went with a client. Friendly & helpful staff. No disability parking in front & no ramp in front. Disability parking & ramp is down at Harvey Norman end. So a fair walk for anyone with a wheely walker, etc.
