Never kept phone appts. When on hold they'd just cut you off after a certain amount of time.e. if you arranged a call back, they never called back.

This business is in the industry of communication between employers and job seekers. Last week was on hold for one hour and a half then pressed button for a call back...ten days later still waiting... Not even Centrelink are this bad... How can it be allowed?nnIf your organisation cant work out you are losing employers and job seekers with your communication skills, then what can i say to add.
