Amazing setup, great team that helped me achieve my goal. Also good educataion around diet and have managed to keep weight off for nearly a year now.

$50 bucks a week rip off and if you do one of there free challenge like I did it's not free it cost $600 and if you don't pass the goal you don't get the money back and if you do pass the goal of losing 6% you have to ring them every day to get a refund as I'm doing now it's been 5 weeks still waiting.nDon't waste your money there.

This has definitely been an awesome fitness and wellness journey. Great trainers who are always positive and helpful - thank you Paul and Honour for always pushing me beyond my limitations when I have a few more reps left in me. Oh and some great recipes offered to keep the tastebuds happy.
