The best gym I’ve ever been to! As soon as you walk in the vibes are amazing! I’ve never felt more comfortable at any gym before. The trainers are amazing always so helpful and full of energy making every session so much fun! Also a great place to meet new people! I get excited to get to my sessions every day! :)

F45 Redcliffe has literally changed my life for the better! Never have I ever felt so excited to workout before. I never liked the idea of group training sessions and always felt embarrassed to have people watch me exercise but here at the Redcliffe studio, no one judges you and you don’t ever feel intimidated or embarrassed, if anything, coming to training and working out with people of all different levels of fitness is the most inspiring feeling! Erin, Junior, Brett, Amanda and Jamie are the most motivating and encouraging trainers I’ve ever met! The atmosphere that they create is so contagious, there is never a dull moment, the music is always a vibe and the laughter from having so much fun is what a gym should be about! They push you to challenge yourself to your full potential and even that little bit further!!!nnHonestly, come and see for yourself!!!
