Absolutely shocking communication, I’ve been requesting cancellation on my membership for months & months as I live on the other side of QLD now, continuing to be charged & now not getting replies!nn2 years of membership & they are so unprofessional, & obviously money hungry .....

very spacious and good range of equipment. Price is low and staff are friendly

Overcharged account every single transaction, now ignoring messages, false advertising- set up account on the website for a price however when we went inside signed a contract that was advertised to be the exact same as the website however wasn't. They advertise that they have no joining fee but between the lines there's a 'set up' fee that is the exact same cost. Gym is a total rip off they change their pricing constantly and it never lines up with what you actually end up paying. Every member of this gym needs to check their bank account balances and their contracts in their emails (if they even sent it to you) and ensure they aren't being overcharged.

Been going to this gym for years and recruited lots of freinds over the years. slowly getting tired of the lack of respect shown to members....aircons break and take ages to be fixed...machines break and take ages to get fixed..cable covers break and Black Electrical tape is covered over them !!! Wt ! How dangerous is this ! . Do the right thing for your members and service these machines proffessional and regularly before someone is injured. Theres many great people at this gym who deserve better.

It's a good gym wish they had some paper cups for the water sometimes I forget my bottle
