Loved my first week - complete novice at both Pilates & Yoga, was made to feel welcome and included. Instructors are lovely, engaging and really helpful. Classes are small. So much more fun (and yet so much harder work) than I thought it would be.

What a wonderful studio to go to. Caters for all levels of fitness and flexibility. Small classes make it feel very personalised. Always making sure you’re being safe with any injury issues and working around them if you can’t do something. And NEVER making you feel like a burden when needing that extra help. Lots of choices of classes and class times. Wish I could give more stars!

A great studio full of positive people, great instructors and motivators. I have been going to the studio for over a week now, I am thoroughly enjoying the classes and can feel the improvement in my fitness from when I first started.

Have been to a few studios, n this place is fabulous. I don’t feel like I need to spend hundreds at LJ before I go to a class, and every one is friendly. 100% recommended!
