This is the place to go in Darwin for brows and lashes From the moment you walk in you are greeted by beautiful smiling faces then you get given a face towel to freshen up and a champagne But the brows always look consistent and amazing always leave the place feeling like a queen! The owners of this establishment are also awesome to deal with particularly with trying to get or change appointments. They have always made me feel great even on my darkest days Massive shout out to Loanne she is such a beautiful soul and always takes the time to get the accuracy and precision of my brows to exactly the way I like them 💗

The update. Shes ended up in hospital with chemical burns to her eyes. And after telling the company she gets a - omg sorry I'll contact someone about the product. No offer of a refund at the least. My partner is in that much pain, I cant imagine torture being much worse. My poor fiance could barely open her eyes the day after having her lashes done here. She had glowing red painful eyes and in tears. My girl is lovely, she didn't want to mention anything and just not ever return but I feel someone needed to say something for her.

Severe chemical burns to eyes! I'm absolutely beside myself. I'm not going out to intentionally hurt anyones business but at the end of the day I came in to have a service that has left me with chemical burns to my eyes, blurry vision and unable to care for my 4 month old baby safely. I have been in and out of Emergency all week and today I woke up unable to open my eyes at all. The business owner then goes on facebook to call me out trying to say that I was fine when leaving. My eyes were stinging during the procedure and I made this clear to the girl, she responded with she just needed a little longer. Now when I think about it I should have taken control of the situation and said no, wash it out immediately. Better yet, the beautician knowing that my eyes were stinging should have washed my eyes immediately. The owner Dee later in messages said oh but you left happy. No I was never happy but I dont like conflict, I smiled and nodded and just wanted to get the hell out of there never to return nor to make a fuss. But now days later - the audacity of the owners to go on facebook and down play my situation to save face has prompted me to write this review and make sure other woman understand the risk they take in having there lashes done. After numerous admissions to Emergency, excruciating pain, morgans lenses (look that up!) swollen face, shocking headaches, unable to eat from the pain. Family needing to care for me and baby as I cant drive due to impaired vision. Having your lashes done is not worth the chance this might happen to you. I could very well have lost my sight from what the doctors have explained to me. I could have missed out on watching my baby grow into a little man. Seriously for the owner to write the following - "Some people understand that these things happen but for others It’s easy to get stressed and scared and point fingers, they are quick to leave bad reviews (this client included) 😩" It goes beyond a bad review! Its my eyesight! Its my future. Think before you right such heartless posts on facebook.

10/10 and will definitely be back! Sarah did an amazing job on my lash lift and tint, checking to make sure I was comfortable during the treatment, listening to what I wanted, and doing the treatment quickly and thoroughly - no short cuts taken. She also recommended an awesome lash serum to keep the health of my lashes and make my tint last longer which is great! Such a pretty salon also, easy to find and very professional on all accounts. Thank you for a lovely treatment! My lashes look fabulous!

I absolutely love Moore Beautiful! They are like a beautiful little family. They are so so good at what they do and always make you feel so welcome and looked after. They helped me out massively today. My natural eye lashes look and feel amazing and I’m all booked in already for my next appointment. Their customer service is through the roof good and they are so efficient. I’m always so happy with my results! 😍🧡
