Griffin Community Discount Pharmacy

Staff are so friendly, welcoming, approachable and make the service really personal. I call ahead to have my medications ready to be picked up and today I walked in and the Pharmacist, Barbara just knew who I was! The service is proper old-school wonderful. Not like what you get in franchise stores. The prices of shelving items are probably 20 - 30% more expensive but it's worth coming here for the location and amazing service.

Worst pharmacy ever. I went there to get my scripts filled, never had these medications before. First, you think a pharmacist would tell you the correct temperature to store any medication especially if they have to be refrigerated. Secondly, The pharmacist just continued to put it in a regular paper bag instead of the foil one to keep it cold until you got home. So by the time I got home and went back to the doctors with the medication, it had spoiled and can’t be used anymore all because the pharmacist did not explain the correct storing temperature for this medication. Thirdly, I went back there hoping to get new ones as they were a lot of money, but the staff were so rude and didn’t even apologise for not doing there job correctly. As a customer, you should not be paying for a Pharmacist mistake.

Firstly staff were pretty ok, but the prices of prescriptions is double what the same prescription cost in Kallangur, pretty annoying when you budget for an amount then are hit with double. Not impressed at all especially when they come across as a Community Pharmacy, poor house bound people !

I have been going to this chemist after we moved from North Lakes to Griffin and I find them really good. Staffs are always happy to help and genuine. My medication wasn’t available in chemist warehouse and they said can’t order it but when I went to these guys they ordered it specially for me. Price was same what I usually pay at warehouse. Highly recommended!

This is the best chemist I have ever been to. The staff are so friendly and so very helpful. Prices are better than Chemist Warehouse.
