Absolutely love the Pharmacists at this chemist. They go above and beyond to help. My daughter didn’t like her medicine that she’s been prescribed so I told Katie my issue. With that we got another brand of the same medicine and she helped me make it exciting for her and we called it ‘pink princess medicine!’.nnOutstanding customer service skills from both her and the other Pharmacist Brenton I think his name is. 10/10!!

I have been using this pharmacy several times a week for 8 years and have always been treated wonderfully. I have always been treated as a VIP by all the management and staff. Thank you UCL, you are AWESOME!

Very rude staff. Will ask if you want the cheaper generic brand but will charge you name brand price whilst giving you the generic version. Won’t give you the PBS Concession price on scripts. Slow and will take at least twice as long as they say to fill your overpriced script.

The ladies and gents who work there are just wonderful, always friendly and easy to chat with. A+ all round
