Very disappointed. Was given advise from a staff member when we went in to purchase a fish tank set up for my daughter. The staff member advised that this fish was able to be kept in the same tank as that fish, then 2 days later this fish ate that fish ×20 and I'm down an absolute packet of money and now have no fish!!!!

I bought a male mouse from here and he had mites and an upper respiratory infection which means he won’t live for very long. The big parrot’s cage was full of poop and looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time.

Great range but staff are very unknowledgeable with the animals. We waited for 20 minutes for assistance so we had to go up & ask even though they were walking around. When we did ask they served another customer before us when we were clearly first. My fish that I purchased also died a day later when all my other fish are striving. More training should be provided along with better customer service.

Very spacious and a lot of variety. Reasonable prices

Loved it, staff were very friendly, plenty of stock and price's better that I expected. Location at North Lakes was relatively easy to find. This will be our place to go to first for item's.
