If I could give no stars I would.nWhy have a phone number if nobody ever answers it. What a joke.nHave been trying to get in contact with somebody! Anybody! Since last Wednesday (10/02) and still today (15/02) have no luck. Have sent multiple emails to “Ally” and still receive nothing back. How is one meant to do as asked when this office is completely unorganised and just plain lazy.nnAlso, Once you ring and ask for a call back you can’t ring them again as they cut the line off and say your still in que. How is one in cue for 5 DAYS?!?

Poor response, understanding or empathy by the deception bay office , can't communicate directly with consultant, which is supposed to be part of the Centrelink protocols ,not a 1800 number that is useless if u need help at ur workplace, that u got the job but this company pockets the gov payment with out actually providing a service ...

I was referred to dbay max emp earlier this year, during the process of seeking support via dsp, as per centrelink discussions of steps along the way.nUtterly disgusted by the treatment from both admin and case managers at max emp Dbay. On one occasion, their phones were thru' to Redcliffe, who were shocked at the way their Dbay staff were treating people & had electronically verifiable evidence of their significant lack of professional integrity.nPerhaps an indication that max employment were not so bad, just the Dbay team at the time, maybe?nnI had a special exemption from centrelink and was verbally advised by phone that I was not required to attend an appointment that afternoon, yet they breached me for non attendance, causing a great deal more distress to the ptsd I was already battling. Thankfully, Centrelink at Dbay were great and also supportive of referring to much better jsp options.nnAs this experience was early in 2020, I am hopeful there has been massive improvement since then, but I'll still never recommend or visit or even require their negligent unkindness.nThankful!
