good local gym, everything you need, good atmosphere. Sarah at the front desk is lovely. always a good selection of music, and nothing is too much trouble for the staff

Had to change my review as canceling my membership completely dampened the entire experience of this place. It was good at the beginning and interactions with Sarah was nice. Once I cancelled my membership as I was moving, the owners seemed to be very short about explaining why I had to pay an extra 2 weeks, on top of what I had already paid. Since a DD had come out of my account, I should have had only one week to pay. Anyways instead of responding to my email they completely ignored my request for an explanation and 2 weeks was debited.

Leaking ceiling boards, old gym equipment, nasty owners specially the old woman. Cut price gym membership but a huge compromise. Stay clear of this dungeon.

I am so happy to have found a local gym that I am so comfortable at, particularly as it’s been 15 years since I attended one. This gym offers plenty of ongoing support, a great range of equipment, a clean and welcoming atmosphere and good value membership options.nThis a gym where many members are long term, including the new owners who were members themselves. They are a local family who have a huge amount of experience in the world of health and fitness and are really in tune with what their members need and want. Their manager is very friendly too and happy to help the members during the well-timed staffed hours.

I put off joining a gym for months due to confidence levels being low. But the staff there made joining easy, comfortable, and enjoyable. The cost works with my budget and no contract means I have the flexibility when I finish study and get full time work. Greg is very knowledgeable and happy to help me reach my goals, and then push me further to create new ones. I have never looked or felt better in my life and it would never have happened if I hadn't have joined this gym.
