I love, love, love Studio Pilates at North Lakes for so many reasons. The team at North Lakes are amazing! From my first enquiry to every single class, everyone has been so kind and welcoming. I love that the instructors guide you through, making sure you are correctly positioned to prevent injury. It's quite surprising how smaller movements can make such an impact. Studio Pilates is AMAZING! I love that each class is different and the instructors are incredible. They cater for any injuries so you never have to miss out! My core and posture have already improved. Cannot fault the team at SP North Lakes.

I really enjoy these reformer style workouts. The intro deal is a cost effective way to trial Studio Pilates to see if it's for you. Even though classes are 45 mins they are very effective. If your goal is to tone this could be for you. The springs can be adjusted to challenge yourself further.

The best exercise I have ever done. Makes you feel so strong especially in your core. I have been doing Studio Pilates for about 3 years and I still love it!nThe staff at North Lakes are so friendly and always there to correct your position so that you get the most out of your class.nCannot recommend this place highly enough.nGreat location overlooking the lake and loads of parking.

Really starting to get addicted. The instructors are so friendly and helpful. I was concerned about price but because the instructors correct your form you are getting full benefits of the workout. Very well organised.
