The team at North Lakes Fitstop is the best is the business. No matter youre fitness level to take the time to show the best way and encourage you to no end. Coming back from a major ankle surgery they changed the sessions to suit. The team also makes you feel like family, great job team

I have been with Fitstop since the start of 2021 and I love it! The sense of community not just in the gym outside of the gym is like a second family. I have grown so much in my fitness journal and lifestyle journey since joining! Anyone who wants a welcoming, supportive environment to start or continue their fitness journey on this is the place for you.

Been to a lot of gyms and fitness centres and Fitstop North lakes is by far the best of them. Friendly and professional trainers who can have a laugh with you yet aren’t afraid to kick ya but in a work out. Great atmosphere with friendly, welcoming people.

Such an amazing community. Everyone, staff and members all get behind you to help push you to your limits and achieve your goals. Definitely the best fitness centre I've been a member of in a long time.
