No refund policy and charge double the price. My wife purchased 2 x garage remotes at a cost of $179.90. She tried to return them 3 days after purchase as they were not required. Items intact and unopened. She was told she could not get a refund, only store credit. Mister minit company policy states you are entitled to a refund within 7 days if in original conditon. When I questioned Michael he said they are a franchisee and not subject to those conditions. The price was also more than the roller door company charges for the genuine ones. A google search later showed they are available from other leading retailers for under $40 each.

Horrible experience paid $60 for a gate remote but not working and there's nothing they can do about it. They don't know how to make it work. Not refunded but all I ask atlest they make it work the remote...
