First pair of boots new sole, new heel. Sole fell off two days later. Took it back - no worries.....these things happen....but - repaired after a few months wait! Drop second pair of boots in. 5 months later the sole has been installed.... the heel has not been located and the owners attitude was pretty unprofessional. "Don't come back" doesn't fix the problem. On that note, the sole of one and the heel of the other has fallen off the original pair. I'm sending both of my boots down south for a guaranteed return in 3 weeks time for the same prices in Darwin including for freight.

Bit of a story: I have a Tissot watch with a titanium band for over a year now. Throughout that year the band has developed kinks in which made the watch unwearable - the band got too small for my wrist. I have taken my watch to other watch specialists in the past and they all informed me that they couldn't get the kinks out I ended up contacting Tissot and they are sending me a replacement band. However, I wanted to wear this watch to an event I had on for the weekend, so i opted to add extra links in the intrim. I took the watch to Dave and Tristan and Dave told me that he would be able to get the kinks sorted. Doubting his ability was my downfall. After being told 3 times prior that it couldn't be fixed and a new band was required he told me to come back in 20mins. I waited came back and much to my surprise all the kinks were fixed like he said they would be. I still have a new band on order and no doubt I will be using Dave again with trust in my watch collection. Wish I could give more stars. Thanks mate.
