F45 Training North Lakes

I'm partway through a free trial at F45 North Lakes and so far the experience has been great. The staff are really friendly and very helpful in training and push you when you need the extra motivation. The club itself is well set-up with a variety of training time options. I look forward to my classes and would recommend you try this club out too!

Chloe and the team there are lovely! Friendly and welcoming. I did a couple of weeks there cause I was up from Sydney for the holidays and each day was different considering the training! Highly recommend these guys and this style of training as well ud83dude0a I saw results after just 2 weeks and I was in a holiday food coma most of the time haha! 10/10! Thanks Chloe and team!

As a first time F45 experience, I have felt welcomed by staff and quietly encouraged in a calm atmosphere with fun music and very interesting classes, loving my F45 classes!

I’m having the best time . Working out and really enjoying it. Lots of variety so you never get bored.
