We needed a large transfer to be sent to our solicitor for a house settlement. Paid extra to ensure it would arrive in the account in the morning and then..... Didn't arrive. Solicitor calls asking where the funds are so we call NAB to find out and they don't know. We go back to the branch and turns out the manager never sent them. We stressed this was urgent and needed to be done for the next morning and they didn't even bother to do it. Absolutely disgusted by the manager. This has cost us so much time and money and we couldn't settle on the agreed upon date because of laziness on their part. Very disappointed

Staff is very professional, nice and helpful. Been seeing be teller named Jess Orth ( sorry , I might be mistaken with surname spelling), she saved my time and money.

The girls at the branch have always been super helpful and even though I had closed my account years ago, I’ll be definitely opening up an account back at NAB.nThey’ve helped me greatly sort some lost money from another company even after the ‘to many days have past policy’ that so many places have. If patience is what is lacking and your in a hurry and have an issue to sort out more than just general banking- simple make an appointment and the staff have the dedicated time to focus on your concerns.
