Worst branch I've been to. They don't have enough staff so you normally have to wait for about half an hour.

I walked in and was desperate for someone to help me fix up the mistakes my company had endured from another bank. I was so lucky to have been taken by Celeste who made things happen for me! Not only did she get things organised that same day, she called to follow up and keep me informed. My business is definitely lucky to have Celeste working behind the scenes. Thanks again Celeste!!!

Called into your branch on Aug 28th to replace my eftpos card which had died a slow death, was informed because of Melbourne lockdown could take anywhere from 10 working days to 3 weeks, as I don't have a credit card I was secretly hoping for the former.nYesterday, Sep 8th my card arrived, a total of 7 working days.Thank you Commonwealth Bank I am one very happy customer.

If I can rate 0.nLady who pretend to help was rude.not helpful.my brother wanted to open up account with CBA as per my reference and requested me to go with him.I explained to the lady that he is new to Australia speaks and understand English but please speak slower so he can understand everything and make the right decision but this BOSSY LADY with lot of attitude said ohhh if he can’t speak English we can’t open up new account.CLEARLY lady u need to listen properly FIRST.nHe is now with NAB AND VERY HAPPY.

Called at midday, 1pm and 3pm and no one ever answers the phone. 1 callback at 4:30pm once I was away from my phone.....
