Called out as I’d lock myself out. Javier came out in time and was a lovely enough guy. However almost 2 hours between arriving and getting back inside was disappointing. Javier said my Lockwood lock are really difficult to unlock, however I felt it was more a lack of experience rather than the lock itself. I’ve seen good trades people work and his tool box was a shambles, so I wonder if he even had the correct tools to the job. He spent 45 trying to pick it and once that wasn’t proving to be a success he drilled it out. That took close to an hour and the end price of $396 is embarrassing to charge someone after they could even drill it out efficiently. Really disappointed and would have been cheaper knocking a window out and replacing that. Bad experience and has put me off using locksmiths in the future.

Their service is very good! I had to wait only 20 minutes and Javier opened the door very quickly. He was so friendly and professional. Do not hesitate call them!

$45 callout fee turned into $250 for a 5 second job. They stated when they got there it was a high security lock which would cost $290. Then I said it would open from the inside, they then got the magnet, looped it under the door and unlocked it in 5 seconds. I said that as it was so quick and easy I thought the fee should be much lower, maybe $100-150. They refused to go lower than $250. They said they had already sent photos to head office so they know the price and can’t change it. Yeah right. Awful customer value. Would not use them again based on this interaction.

Felipe was very courteous, professional and efficient. I prefer those who talk less but gets the job done and Felipe did just that. He came, he saw, he fixed it. Great job. I have no reservations in recommending Felipe to anybody

I just can describe the service I received today in one word: exceptional. Literally safe my life!!! I was taking out an order of my business and I forgot my keys inside of my place. Hugo arrived within few minutes and took seconds to open my door. Amazing and professional work.
