Your appointment booking services are rubbish trying to book apointment for my biometrics 3 weeks in advance and you saying i only can book two weeks in advance

Do not try to ring Canadian Embassies in Australia, firstly you will be given a spiel by someone who has a foreign accent to fob you of to an internet site, they are so in distinct you cannot make out the site information. Then as an aged person wishing a question answered if dealing with a Spanish site asking for a lot of money for tourist visa is a sham or not, you get no advice. Last time we went it was $7 each this time $85. Each. $170 dollars. My mother was Canadian I am entitled to a Canadian Passport costs $200 I should have applied for that instead. Most disappointing, I experienced a bad system, no answers.

Inexperienced staff, i talked to a lady she doesn’t know anything where to submit passport in person and collect it after biometrics done. Please appoint staff who can pronounce English properly.

I wasn't told about the printing fee until after I'd printed. But otherwise staff were lovely.
