Even after making an order, they will not review your documents over email, unless you pay extra $66 for 'pre-check' services. So if you have get your documents verified before submission, you have to either go to their office directly, or pay extra. Ridiculous!

This review is specifically for the "concierge service" - for the extra $300 service fee they charge you for a premium service - the (lack of) service is slow and unprofessional. So called "Senior Consultants" are rude and condescending. I will not recommend the concierge service, however the normal visas direct is efficient and definitely recommended. J

Terrible! Asked for a visa and apparently there was a problem so they were supposed to call me very soon.. it has been 10 days. AVOID. EXPENSIVE AND USELESS.

Appalling service. We paid for the concierge service and were rudely handled and ended up having to do the 'concierge's' job for him. Don't expect on time results or collection of your documents as promised. We had to deliver them also or were told they'd charge us an extra $200 despite the advertised included collection and delivery service.
