Apollo Motorhome Holidays - Melbourne

I purchased a kitchen unit for my van from here. I dealt with Harry who was fantastic. Great customer service, which is rare these days. Harry checked in with me and held the unit for me when I was having trouble getting transport to pick it up. He and his team also went above and beyond by helping me get it in the car when my seats wouldn't go forward. 10 out of 10 for these guys - what a fantastic business. Thanks Harry.

Booked an Apollo Motorhome from Apollo Motorhome Holidays (Somerton) and took my family on a little getaway last week. Unfortunately, the entire interior of the van was covered in dog hair. It was on the floor, stuck to the fabric on the ceiling, on the couches, stuck to the curtains, inside cupboards, in the shower and even inside the refrigerator. My wife and children are very allergic to animal fur and had to endure a lot of itching and sneezing the entire trip going and coming. We were forced to then vacuum the whole van, every nook and cranny, at a car wash in NSW in the heat with 3 children and after complaining to Apollo about it their only response was "we're sorry to hear about the inconvenience." We had full insurance on the vehicle yet no mention of vehicle replacement (they have a branch in Sydney). For those interested, please inspect the vehicle prior to your trip! It was a painful thorn in our little getaway, using creams and allergy medication the whole time. These vans are expected to be immaculate, with no evidence of prior use ready in time for each booking. We were told to expect a call from the site manager, still nothing. Clearly, cleanliness and customer satisfaction is not top priority with this company and we will not be booking with them again.

The campervan was perfect! Clean, reliable, new and lots of features! All staff were lovely to deal with. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Great customer service. Whole process was very easy. Great company! Thanks Apollo!
