Cinori Shoes

Cinori is a wonderful shoe store! The staff in the Flinders St store are always super-helpful and the stock is excellent (really good quality and on-trend). The online store is also super-easy: whoever did the UX knew what they were doing. For instance, a particularly good aspect of the online store is how easy is to add items to either the wishlist or the shopping bag and move between the two. A final point worth praising is the no-fuss Cinori return policy: buy some shoes online and if they don't fit, just return them in store. The Cinori returns policy means that I'm happy to take the risk in buying several pairs of shoes online, knowing that I won't be left out of pocket if any of them aren't comfortable. All in all, thank you Cinori, a well-managed store full of fabulous shoes!

Very expensive so boots better be good and last a long time. Most disappointed now as rubber round base of boots is coming off. They are only 6 months old. I expected boots to last much longer
