We rang the Good Guys in Malaga and asked to speak to somebody in the television department. The man sounded like he had just woken up from a nap and his general persona sounded as if he could not be bothered to be at work! We were asking if you could buy Panasonic televisions in Australia any more as we had been told that you couldn’t, and he confirmed this for us. However, upon asking him if he could help us choose a different type of TV he seemed less than enthused about the idea of helping us and asked us if we’d had a look online! It’s disappointing, especially in this current economic climate that somebody who is lucky enough to have a job can’t be bothered to want to help a customer who is actually helping to keep him in a job and is figuratively throwing money at him! We said thanks but no thanks and hung up. We’ll take our money elsewhere! And then brick and mortar stores cry that online business is ruining them! Try train your staff to help customers in store instead of redirecting them online!!! ud83eudd26ud83cudffb‍♀ufe0f
