I was told by another supplier I couldn’t have the hybrid flooring because my floor wasn’t level. Derek visited with his installer and couldn’t work out why I was given that advice. Suffice to say I love my new floor, the team was very helpful and service provided was fab!

I had a flood and had to replace almost a whole house of flooring. Frank and Derek were amazing, They showed me all my options and helped me choose a flooring that looks amazing and also came in below budget with a fabulous warranty. These boys have been in the business for 20 plus years and are absolutely the best mob for flooring I've come across and I've dealt with many. Do yourself a favour and go see them.

I dealt with this company for our new flooring. Frank is an amazing man! He was incredibly patient with me (I changed my mind a few times about the carpet and had numerous questions about the timber laminate) and was genuinely interested in providing me the best options for my budget. His company was one of the two companies that stocked the carpet I wanted and his price and attitude beat the competition's. We also had to change our installation date a couple of times and our deposit was delayed yet Frank was very cooperative and very accomodating. I highly recommend Frank and Derek to anyone who needs flooring at a good price and appreciates great customer service. I wish I could give this company 10 stars!
