Sunmaster Fremantle has a great showroom if you want to see the blinds and shutters functioning and on display, they also have a huge variety of fabrics for curtains too. But what really made my entire experience so easy was Edele, she helped me through the entire process, from walking into the showroom to the installation (which also went well and the installer was great). Edeles product knowledge and customer service was incredible, she explained the products to me in a way I understood, and helped me make colour choices that would suit my home and the theme I was trying to achieve, the products are quality, the service is quality and the installation is quality.nThank you Edele and Sunmaster Fremantle! I love my Blinds!

Their service is awful, the worst; they only have one person who actually knows about their business. They gave me her card, some lady called Edele Bennet; she’s never at the shop, she doesn’t reply to emails nor texts. It’s like they don’t exist ud83eudd22
