My daughter and I walked into the store today to check out roller blind samples for my place. We were not greeted by the man sitting at a computer desk. We opened a sample file to have a look, still nothing. We left the store with no interaction from the sales person. Disappointing experience and a lost sale.

We approached Greg in Carpet Court Myaree to have two blinds installed in our house prior to the pandemic being part of Australian life. He helped us through the choices, came around with samples, and really went above and beyond. When we needed to delay the installation because of the shut down and the uncertainty around my pay, Carpet Court were absolutely wonderful and accomodating. In a time when we now should appreciate local businesses a bit more; I can honestly say the team here encapsulate the Aussie spirit of “looking after each other.” Without any question, they were happy to delay and look after us.nnWe have now had the blinds installed, they look wonderful, and we couldn’t be any happier.
