I must give Perth Renovation Group a trophy for their exceptional and outstanding work on our new built home in Wembley. Initially we only thought to do a big renovation on the property we just bought. After consulting with 5 builders, we decided to build the new house because the cost of renovation went beyond the cost of building a new house. Among builders we went for quotes, Perth Renovation Group won my impression in the first meeting. Charl was very professional andenthusiastic and charming. He gave me such good advice that i didnt get from other builders. We got into the preliminary agreement, Charl was so patient and helpful. His team was professional and had good experience in understanding council requirements. One of our family member is architect so he designed the house. Charl's team gave us good advice to get approval from council on our design. However due to conflicts of opinions in our family, we ceased contract with PRG. And now after everything has completed, I can say that was a biggest mistake we made on this project. We went to get quotes and worked with few more builders from big company to small guys; eventually we had to return to PRG because they are the best. The big company will have a giant system and your requests might stuck in their long pipes and hardly is listened and cared. Its so hard to find a reliable and professional builders who care and take every single requests from you seriously as PRG. If we had gone ahead with them from the beginning we would have been able to save at least 70k and 1.5 years. The biggest challenge, PRG had to face in my project was that some members in my family were working or worked in construction industry so they had higher expectation than other clients and they knew what need to be done properly. I think if we say the quality is good, we know what we are talking about. I am so beyond satisfied with the quality of the service and product they delivered. Unexpected problems are inevitable in any projects, its same here. I felt so fortunate to have PRG on my side to solve every single problems to exceptional result. I felt like I'm taken care at personal level with the highest professional standard. They gave me the feeling that they are not building the house for me but for themselves. They took care everything in detail. Even there were few things I would not expect them to do because its out of scope of the contract but once i found out and spoke to them, Dion got onto it straight and got it done to exceptional outcome. It was hard during pandemic in terms of supply shortage and other reasons... but they did their best and worked overtime to hand over the house to us as early as possible. I dont think I can get any builders who could deliver up to that amazing quality with the same price. I think the most important thing is that I know they will be there to solve any unexpected problems at their best effort and will not charge you extra unreasonably. They have the best combination skills and knowledge to build my house. Charl is design expert who I can always go back and ask for good advice in interior design. Dion is construction expert who I can trust to have every corner of the house built properly. Sometimes I came to check the house while it was being built and I could feel that Dion had the eyes for details. Some of the jobs he did it by himself to make sure its done properly. I met Michael later at the end of the project but he was very skilful and diligent. I think they had wonderful team which made their success and the reason they can deliver such high quality service and products to customers. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends. And please dont make mistake like me. :)

Our family had a very tight deadline for when we needed our renovation to be finished. Perth Renovation Group did all they could to meet our expectations and we couldn’t have been more grateful to move into our beautifully renovated home in perfect time. What a team! Thank you PRG

We finished a very big renovation on our very small house with Perth Renovation Group in September. Our renovation involved moving nearly all of the internal walls, adding bifolds, bricking up and moving all but 2 of the existing windows, moving bedrooms to the West side and kitchen living to the East (switching them from original positions), new kitchen, new bathroom and laundry, new study nook, new ceilings, new floorboards, new plumbing and electricals and outside render. It was an absolute pleasure and we are incredibly happy with the result. We would do it all again in a heart beat!nnFrom the moment we called PRG for the initial meeting until the build started we dealt with Charl. He was amazing- we had countless meetings and changed our layout and finishes on multiple occasions. Charl showed incredible patience; both with my husband's incredible attention to detail from a design point of view and my tendency to be quite OCD about documentation. He always met us with a smile and good humour despite many of our meetings running late and being very long! He was very quick at getting back to us on email with costings or options which made it easy to make our decisions. He is a great communicator both over the phone and via email which made things so much easier. He made some great suggestions on design and finishes which we incorporated in the final design. We spent many months planning the renovation with Charl and he seemed just as invested in getting the right design before starting as we did. He was an absolute star!nnOur renovation started in May and from then on we dealt with Dion. Given the extent of the works, we moved out. It was so nice having one contact point for the design phase and one contact point for the build. Dion was amazing- he is an absolute perfectionist and did an incredible job managing the build. The trades they contracted were all wonderful- we met most of them along the way and they were all wonderful people who did beautiful and professional work and they ran to the schedule which we were given access to via buildertrend. Every trade did an outstanding job and we admired their workmanship throughout the build and even more so now that we have our beautiful home. Whenever we visited, the site was always clean and tidy. Dion was wonderful at contacting us throughout the build with updates and went above and beyond to ensure that the build was done to an outstanding level. Our neighbours commented that there was a flurry of activity on site every day (but had no complaints about the trades or PRG) which was wonderful as sometimes you hear of building sites where no one is working for days at a time.nnIncredibly, we only had 1 very minor issue during the build. This was dealt with professionally by PRG with very clear and timely communication and they did the right thing by us which we really appreciated and admired.They are absolute professionals and very good people.nnThe finish and handover of the build was nothing short of exceptional. Their follow up of minor issues identified since completion has been attentive and timely and has been done with the same grace and professionalism as the renovation.nnOur renovation ran to schedule and to budget- the only additional expenses on top of our initial quote were things we added along the way. The finishes and workmanship are absolutely incredible and we cannot recommend PRG highly enough.nnWe are hoping to do it all again in a few years and look forward to working with this exceptional group again. 10 out of 5 stars from us! Our house has just recently renovated by Perth Renovation Group. A fantastic job, we are very happy with the result.nnThey presented a beautiful yet practical design and finished the project within our budget and on schedule. The communication is outstanding, we could track the project's progress online anytime. All my inquires have been promptly responded.nnI don't write many reviews but since I'm very impressed by Perth Renovation Group's professionalism, especially Charl and Michael, I would highly recommend them to anyone that is seeking renovation contractors.

I can honestly say I’m happy with the way my home looked during and after the renovation. They were very clean at the end of each day no matter what kind of work had to be done and they also completed work well ahead of schedule – the opposite of most builders. My home and kitchen are just a joy to look at. I’d recommend them to anyone.
