On the ball did a marvellous job doing the bathrooms for my daughter 10 years ago so I thought I would get them around to give us quote for us.nnMy daughter is very fussy so I knew if she was happy ours would be a piece of cake, after great consultation from James putting it all together (he wasn’t pushy!) we pretty much signed off straight away.nnWe have just have our second bathroom completed and the team has been honestly fantastic. Everyone was on time they finished when they said and waterproofed way too much as we were worried about the walls leaking.nnSimon was great to chat to throughout organising the team and he was there to fit it all off for us at the end. Me and my wife were anxious before and during the process but we really love the finished bathrooms I have attached some quick pics from old phonennThanks again Simon and the team.

My experience with the team was amazing. Great communication, people turned up when they were supposed to, all very polite and professional, my bathroom is stunning!

I've had three different bathrooms renovated over the last 10 years and this bathroom was quite simply the best experience I've had I know we always drive James up the wall with our constant flipping and flopping about with our selections but we appreciate his patience :). Simon and the team are extremely professional and deliver exactly what they promise. Thank you again me and hubby love it!

From even before start to finish On the Ball have been second to none in their professionalism and overall workmanship when it comes to bathroom renovations. They’re not just a company who comes in and tells you want they want to do, they will work with you and your ideas to get the outcome you’re looking for. They give you an outlined itinerary of what works will be completed at what times and are straight on the phone to you if anything should arise or they just want to confirm before setting anything in place. This is a great peace of mind considering this is something you’ll be looking at and living with for a long time. Whenever a problem appeared (based on my indecision’s) they were quick to have it rectified and with little to no effect on the timeline set out.nnI would highly recommend The team at On the ball 100 times over and am looking forward to the opportunity to have them work on another renovation in the future.nThanks guys the bathroom looks stunning!
