Rude and over enthusiastic staff member. Being a very hot day my son was standing just near to the entrance to the store to catch a bit of the cool air-conditioned coming out of the store and also admiring the aquarium display. One of the shop ladies kept checking on him as to why he was standing giving the impression that he was there to shop-lift.
Great service and good selection for what it is. Bit on the expensive side but that’s Rotto for you!
Great staff, very helpful and friendly

We just bought two quokka plush toys for our toddlers, but the shop owner had great patience and was super kind to our kids. The kids loved the aquarium too.
