I visited the Water Town store yesterday Sunday the 7th of March. I was there to exchange items I had recently purchased from the Dfo store. The Sales Assistant was absolutely amazing she was friendly professional and just an all round lovely lady. Her service was prompt and it was so nice to see she had a vast product knowledge of what she was selling. A rare find these days. So thank you to this gem of a sales assistant. Lorna Jane well done you definitely have the right workers in your business. Its much appreciated.
Really bad customer service 27.jan 2018 had a ladie who has orange hair and is quite butchy looking did not even say hello just looked up when i asked if the shorts where on special she then said prices are marked then walked out the back never to be seen for the next ten minutes whilst i browsed i then left dont waste your time here
