I love everything about this store, especially the gorgeous jewellery. I bought a necklace at Chachi and when I lost the pendant they were so kind and helpful replacing it and they even sent it to Germany (where I come from). Best customer service I ever experienced in my entire life seriously! I will definitely come back as soon as I'm back in WA.

Stumbled across Chachi one afternoon when the resident Border Collie was on site and asked if I could have a few moments of dog-therapy. The staff there were obviously dog lovers and more than happy for me to give him a pat.nnEven though there wasn't a need to buy anything, it was clear to see that the staff are genuinely friendly and keen to provide a happy, uplifting atmosphere.nnA little gem of a shop with some lovely people working there !
I love everything about this shop and Chantal and team are always so genuinely welcoming and amazing. It feels like visiting friends. I live in Karratha so texting the mobile is great! I wish I lived closer to this place! It is wonderful to have these shops on the high street and I cant wait until next time I am in Perth to pop in!
