Absolute value for money, $30 for the two of us. Stunning views. Everyone around us was super laid back. The manager was probably the most friendly person i have ever encountered
Positive:nLocation - amazing spot just in front of the sea and with a beautiful view of Albany.nnStaff - Duncan is very kind and helpful. I told him that the fridge was not working and he bought a new one the same day.nnNegative:nAmenities - the kitchen and the bathroom needs a big renovation and a big cleaning.nIf the amenities were modern and clean, this would be almost a 5* caravan park!
This is an unassuming little gem and it’s very good value. The healthy grassed tent area and shady trees, right in front of the bay, more than made up for the small number of showers.nnWe sat at our tent site and watched the pelicans on the bay, and fished from the little jetty. We watched the full moon at night reflecting on the water - just magical.
A great laid back location. Less formal than other locations which suits the stunning setting. This site is right on the bay. Facilities are in good order of a little dated. Nothing is too much trouble for the manager Duncan.nDog friendly site.
Loved it, fantastic campground with lovely staff/owners. We camped there in our campervan just meters from the waters edge. Highly recommended.
