Dave was great and we were very grateful that we engaged his services. We had some issues right from when the pad was poured which Dave picked up on. Then more issues when he came through again when the roof was on. Both times our builder had to engage an engineer to respond to the concerns. Both times the builder had to do rectification works. Sooo glad we used Dave as otherwise we may have had issues in a few years which we would have had to argue with the builder about, no doubt it would have cost us money and then there would have been the disruption to rectify whilst we lived there. Thankfully we should no longer have these issues as we have been able to resolve these concerns during the build itself. Thanks Dave!! Legend mate.
