Clothes great. Customer service situation, terrible. Cant actually contact the store?! Called customer service and there's no way a customer is allowed to call the stall regarding items on hold. I have to physically go there. Unbelievable. Worst customer service.
One of the more unique locations for a H&M store, very big with lots more stock and variety.nnFitting rooms are starting to show signs of aging, and some have not been closed to comply with social distancing rules.
Sales are good if you are after specifics. Sizes are always interesting compared to real body fits.
Staff member that I dealt with in children's department was truly amazing helping with Nasa clothing.nShe is a great asset to your company .
