Morning Glory Perth

Today was such a bad experience of customer service. I enquired about a possible faulty with an item but the woman working there was very aggressive and defensive about it. There would have been no return or exchange policy for a FAULTY item according to her words which is absolutely ridiculous! It turned out to be all a misunderstanding but the staff should never be so rude to the customers and her policy is outright unacceptable. Very disappointed in the shop despite the many goods they sell there. I’ve been a regular customer there for several years but today’s experience tainted the special item that my friends bought for me.

Amazing amount of K-pop goods. What is the return policy like?

I adore coming here. I always spend at least $600 on albums whenever I get the chance to visit. The staff lady always lets me get extra posters and has the patience of a saint. I will always recommend this lil store to WA K-pop lovers.

Customer service is horrible. After a misunderstanding she threw a tantrum in the shop.

This shop is an amzing shop! As you may know australia does not have many kpop shops but this shop is amazing. The staff is so nice and very nice customers. Last time i visited was in Oct but definily coming back this month. im a stan that is a bit broke but they have reasonable prices. The staff is so sweet. If this shop was closer to me i would go everyday. I highly recommend to fellow kpop stans who want merch. also do you sell astro merch?
