An apex customer service from one of the staff called Mel. She was so helpful, patient and skilled in her job. I went to buy a gift for my wife and she helped a lot at choosing the best one. it's been 10 days since I placed the order online, it shows the item has been dispatched on the 2nd day but I never get the notice email say when it reach the store for pick up. I finally called the Zara customer service today, he says the item has been delivered to the store 3 days ago and because the staff there haven't scan the item so it didn't show my purchase are ready for pick up. I rarely bother to post any reviews, but this time I want to share my shopping experience if it can help anyone in the future. The delivery efficiency and counter staff's condescending attitude at the store (Carillon City) make me wonder will zara still be in the business for how much longer.
