Coles

Once again, the staff at Coles have gone above and beyond to help me shop. As a person in a wheelchair some products are difficult to reach and checkouts are definitely difficult to navigate. The staff are brilliant helping me through the checkouts even to the extent of opening a checkout that allows me to use by isle's. Excellent!

The shop is a little differently setup than the usual coles but that is probably due to space constraints. The stag was very nice at the shop. A good shop.

This is a very friendly store, the stock is well positioned and is well stocked. The staff are very helpful and friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them and most of the check out operators will acknowledge that you are next in line and always smile and ask if there is a specific way you would like your bags packed, trolleys are normally available nice store

Nice place to shop even in Holywood Plaza. Shelves always stocked, food always top quality

Good store stock is decent depends on when you go in staff are decent more so at the checkout when you go to use a gift voucher via mobile phone if it has an issue 9 out of 10 times they'll put the blame on your device and not theirs and when you try to tell them about something another staff member has done in the past they'll end repeating most of what they say first time but aside from that one issue their at least decent
