Arrived at Howrah Caltex at 11.30pm, supposedly 30 mins before closing time. The young male staff member inside looked at me multiple time’s and wouldn’t acknowledge me didn’t let me in, even though all lights and signage still on and closing time not for 30 more mins. Extremely rude and unimpressed with this so called customer service.

Staff are always friendly and always greet with a smile troy is a top bloke, hey. troy 100 fuel? Nah just the 10 short changed you 90 bucks pmsl🤣🤣🤣

Outstanding customer service. They didn't have any bags and I was trying to juggle a toddler and an arm worth of shopping on an unplanned trip to the shop. The lovely cashier gave me her personal reusable shopping bag.
