I had a driving test with Neil here today and he was magnificent. Very nice and friendly man who kept me calm and collected throughout. Very helpful feedback afterwards too. Thank you Neil!

I passed my driving test today with the instructor Neil. He was brilliant, very friendly and kind. Helped me get rid of my nerves. Recommend him, and everyone will be lucky if you get him.

Excellent people who work in the department of transport at Kelmscott WA are friendly, but speak firmly. At first I panicked for the test and it was always a feeling of panic even though I have been driving the car more than 20 years. But an officer named Neil, oh my god he is genuinly wise and the best. Bravo Department of Transport WA.

Very friendly centre. My daughter becomes very anxious in tests and had failed twice elsewhere. She was very nervous, however the admin staff immediately set her at ease with their approachable, friendly manner. Maulik was a professional assessor who manages to mix high standards with gentle and clearly crafted instructions. He clearly understands both people and road safety and standards. Did my PDA here today, Neil was my instructor he is nice but I am going for my red P I am not perfect, I wasn’t given enough time to perform manoeuvres like reverse parking I think he was in a hurry, I was using the 90 degree method as that is what my instructor taught me then he was staring at me weird and asked “what was I doing” , immediately I started panicking thinking I was supposed to do the the 45 degree angle reverse parking. Anyways I failed the reverse parking and failed for doing 20km/h in a shopping centre? I think instructors should be patient and give more time to perform manoeuvres like parking.
