My Wife and I shop at this Coles outlet every week. You couldn't wish to have a better atmosphere. The staff without exception are faultless.nMy one gripe/complaint is: I am a Pepsi Max drinker.nInvariably this drink is on some kind of special offer. As to today18th December 2020 it categorically states 40 percent off the 24 can range, alongside the 24 can range is the 30 can range, without the price tag.nRepeatedly you will find the 30 can range is cheaper than the 24 can range. So it would be appropriate if both prices are shown. Do you agree.nIf this was a one off scenario I would not be writing this comment.nSo now the customer has to find out the price of the range that is not shown.nInvariably this sometimes is so stressful beyond imagination. Why?nBecause you have to find a member of staff to ask Yes? The person you find will try and refer you to someone, this person eventually arrives, and states that the price should be shown. ??nTo someone reading this it may sound very trivial, but it is a reoccurring incident and sometimes one has a time limit, and to purchase a pack of Pepsi Max could take twenty minutes.nBrilliant place to shop, but please try and address the price marking on your soft drinks.nKind regardsnDavid.n.

Rude MANAGER, deliberatley leaves stock of lower priced items empty for months to force the purchase of more expensive identical products.nAlways running low on basics, and the odorous old man I spoke to said he was a manager but was incredibly rude. Obviously hates being questioned when he knows he is wrong! Accused me of yelling and throwing things around. Video will prove he was lying because he didn't want to hear the truth. He deserves to be sacked.nnLOUSY STORE LOUSY MANAGER!

Terrible fresh produce section. No strawberries, no blueberries, the store feels cramped compared to newer stores.

Bought 2 pack of water for $18, I gave the checkout chick $20 note, she gave me the receipt and didn’t give me my $2 change, when I asked for my $2, she said she already gave me then she pointed at my other hand where i was holding my $3.10 the whole time before I walked into this store. Tried to call their customer service and no one reply. Tried to call their store office, still no one reply.nSo funny today I spent $2 to learn that Woolworths > Coles
